Can you Relate to Pete?

“When I'm not at work, all I want to do is grab my Bike or Skis and head out"


Meet Pete, Petes’ favourite pastimes are Mountain Biking and Back Country Skiing. THE PROBLEM Pete works out of town 2 weeks out of every three. Where he works, there’s nowhere to exercise outside - that means no riding, nowhere to hike or to ski. He can’t even go out for a run. There is a gym though... When Pete comes home for his off-weeks, he has his work cut out for him. He needs to be able to grab his Bike or his Skis and head for the hills, usually with his Wife or his Buddies - all of whom spend time regularly running around in the Local mountains. As you can imagine, this makes for a pretty fit bunch of friends to have to keep up with. You can see how this could put Pete at a disadvantage. Skiing, Biking or travelling by foot here in Squamish often means climbing 1000m of elevation in a morning. So staying in shape while he’s away at work is crucial to his ability to enjoy the things he loves when he comes home. Well Luckily for Pete, he's got a gym at work... And he uses it pretty regularly, despite having a very demanding job. It's his way to de-stress after a busy day. Pete follows a program. Petes program has him developing Full body strength as well as aerobic and anaerobic capacity as well as speed and power. His programs are specific to whichever Season he’s in, or preparing for. His workouts also keep him feeling mobile and keeping historical injuries in check, despite hours working at a desk.

What's awesome about Petes workouts, is that they're all relatively easy. He doesn't have to stress about puking in a bucket or not being able to walk the next day. Petes workouts allow him to get the work done and feel better, straight away.


"I know that I can just show up at the gym on, say a Tuesday night and my Program is ready for me on my Phone with what I need. If I had to skip a day, the schedule is flexible. And I know that the workouts I've already done have prepared me for todays. I enjoy the workouts and the Results are an awesome bi-product. Checking in with Alex regularly ensures that I'm making progress in the right direction all year round".
