Tim isn’t your average weekend warrior. In his 40s and having spent most of his life living in the mountains, he thrives on pushing limits year-round. Summers are all about charging hard on the trails in the Pacific Northwest, and winters see him logging over 130 days snowboarding in Colorado. On top of that, as a high-level snowboard coach, he’s constantly on the slopes mentoring high-performance athletes.

"I'm in my 40s and have spent the majority of my life living in the mountains. In the summers, I ride as hard as I can here in the PNW. Come wintertime, I put in 130+ days snowboarding in Colorado. As a high-level snowboard coach, I spend a lot of time on the slopes working with high-performance athletes, so I know how important it is to stay strong to keep my body going. Over the years, I’ve tried all kinds of training—on my own and at different gyms—but Alex’s programming this spring has hit a sweet spot. For the first time, I feel like I'm getting the absolute most out of my limited time in the gym, and it’s been a game-changer for my performance and resilience."
