Check out my new Ride Strong assessment 2.0

Updated: Jul 8

Since I started trying out for pro Rugby teams as a teenager I've always been fascinated by Biometric Assessments and what they could tell us about our areas of relative strength and weakness. I was lucky enough to spend a few years running Gas Cart VO2 max and Blood lactate measurments with Endurance Athletes as well as Full Combine assessments for NHL Prospects. This gave me valuable insight into the specific physical qualities that go towards making us the best Athletes we can be.

Most of you will have tried my original DIY assessment on older versions of my website and much of it still sees use when I start working with a new client. However, I wanted to do a better job of collating the data so I could see trends that I might miss when focused on individual athletes.

That's why I'm so excited to launch my new assessment 2.0! When I was told about this app for businesses, I knew right away how I wanted to implement it. I think I've done a pretty good job of trying to capture the essence of an individual's MTB fitness in as quick and concise an assessment as possible.

The idea i to get you, the athletes, thinking of your fitness as a real-time inventory of physical qualities. As we all know, creating a multi-faceted program can seem daunting. But like with any complex project, when you break down your to-do list and you know your priorities all of a sudden the task becomes more simple.

That's why I want you guys, my subscribers to get the first crack at trying it out and giving me feedback on any updates I might need

Here's a little explainer video on how it works.

So are you ready to try it out? Please drop a comment on this post, and let me know how you like it!

Cheers!

Alex
