Welcome to the Club! What started as a small group of dedicated coaches and racers has evolved into a global movement. Our members are taking the Workouts on the road with them and now you can too, enabling you to join us effortlessly—either in person in Squamish or now online, from anywhere, at any time.
This Breakfast Club delivers
Your Options
The Breakfast Club is for you IF -
-You want to squeeze it all into 2 hours per week.
- You are injury-free
-You can access a full gym including cable machines, barbells & dumbbells.
-You have some experience in the gym (you don't need to be an expert, the program aims to teach good technique).
- You live in the northern or southern hemisphere. I run two parallel periodizations so you can train for a Northern or Southern Season.
